Most items purchased at Sweet Memories in new condition with receipt may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Refund or exchange will be issued at the purchase price shown on the receipt in the original form of payment. Items that are opened, used, or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
Items returned in new condition without a receipt within 90 days of purchase may qualify for store credit in the form of a Hershey Entertainment & Resorts gift card. Refund/exchange is not guaranteed without proof of purchase. Store credit will be issued at the purchase price as shown on the receipt.
Returns/exchanges will not be issued on any items after 90 days from the time of purchase.
