As part of our commitment to you, we provide the most current allergen information available from our food suppliers on eight common allergens so that our guests with food allergies can make informed food selections. You will find our Allergen Information Guides for each of our Hershey Lodge Restaurants on their respective webpages.
If you, or someone in your party, has a Food Allergy or Dietary Restriction, please alert your server when dining, and ask to speak to the restaurant manager. He/She will be able to help guide your menu selection.

Our Culinary Teams are trained to handle these requests with the utmost care. After speaking to the Chef on Duty, the Chefs preparing your food will wash their hands, put on new gloves, use clean utensils, and will ensure their preparation/cooking areas are cleaned.
All of our culinary members use Vinyl gloves. No Latex gloves are used anywhere on property.
All of our restaurants fry in vegetable oil. Our Restaurants serve desserts that contain nuts or are prepared using shared facilities and equipment with items containing nuts. Please notify your server, and ask to speak with the Chef on Duty if you have any food allergy.
