Harrisburg

Gettysburg

Just 45 minutes south, there is more Civil War history to be found at Gettysburg Battlefield National Park, the stirring memorial to the epic 3-day battle that proved to be the turning point of the Civil War. Lancaster County

Lancaster, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country, is a pleasant 30-minute drive from Hershey. You'll pass farms and fields where the Amish, also known as the Plain People, still live without electricity and use mule teams to plow some of the most beautiful and productive farmland in America. There is fun and adventure for the whole family, including Dutch-style food, museums, and cultural attractions.
